Location<\/strong>: Douala – Cameroon<\/p>\n

Nature of the contract : <\/strong> CDI<\/p>\n

Main mission: <\/strong>To define, lead, supervise and implement the company’s global sales and marketing strategy in the short, medium and long term in order to increase sales and turnover.<\/p>\n

Job Content:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Identify market developments and the company’s positioning in the market;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n
    • Highlight specific market development opportunities;<\/li>\n
    • Define the company’s marketing strategy;<\/li>\n
    • Identify the most promising growth opportunities;<\/li>\n
    • Analyze the impact of each marketing action;<\/li>\n
    • Oversee digital marketing communication in collaboration with other business units;<\/li>\n
    • Identify appropriate sales targets and define sales development objectives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        \n
      • Manage commercial budgets;<\/li>\n
      • Monitor individual and group results;<\/li>\n
      • Validate the achievement of objectives;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          \n
        • Ensure reporting to the General Management;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
            \n
          • Interface with the various operational departments;<\/li>\n
          • Monitor, supervise and evaluate the Direct Offices and the Regional Delegation;<\/li>\n
          • Monitor, supervise and evaluate General Agents;<\/li>\n
          • Monitor, supervise and evaluate the brokerage network;<\/li>\n
          • Plan and schedule the training of the sales force;<\/li>\n
          • Contribute to the optimization of the QMS.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Profile required<\/strong><\/p>\n

              \n
            • Have a university degree (Bac + 5) in business, engineering, marketing or finance;<\/li>\n
            • Have at least 7 years of experience in commercial negotiation in all sectors;<\/li>\n
            • Knowledge of economic and business development, marketing and communication, and organizational management;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                \n
              • Be Bilingual.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
