Chanas Assurances S.A. is looking for a Digital Communication Manager for its services:

Job title: Digital Communication Officer

Location: Douala – Cameroon

Nature of the contract : CDI

Main mission: Develop and implement the digital communication strategy for the Web and multimedia.

Job Content:

• Participate in the development of the web communication strategy and social networks;

• Implement and ensure the digital and multimedia action plan in conjunction with the other agents of the Division;

• Manage the production and distribution of various media on digital communication tools: photos, videos, computer graphics, motion, contests, articles, etc.
• Manage digital communication projects in conjunction with web and multimedia service providers;
• Create and publish regular value-added content for the web and social networks;

• Manage the newsletter; content writing, campaign performance monitoring;

• Analyze, measure and optimize audience, traffic and conversion tunnels;
• Optimize the referencing by different actions (push content, develop external links, backlinks…),
• Support and participate in the organization of certain events and transversal projects,
• Ensure a regular reporting of your activity during the meetings planned for this purpose;
• Monitor the e-reputation of the company and its entities;
• Be able to provide specific digital monitoring on certain identified topics.

Profile required

• Have a university degree (Bac +3/5) in Communication & Digital Marketing/ Digital Communication or any other equivalent degree;
• Have a minimum of 3 years experience in Digital Marketing or similar position;

• Excellent writing skills and synthesis, quality of expression and spelling;
• Master the office pack and also have a solid knowledge of the graphic chain, office automation and DTP software (Adobe Créativ Suite). Knowledge of video editing would be a plus
• Have a good level of practice in graphic design tools and software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and WordPress).

• Asset: bilingualism.
