Chanas Assurances S.A. is looking for 01 Sales and Marketing Manager for its services, meeting the following specificities and criteria

Job title: Sales and Marketing Director

Location: Douala – Cameroon

Nature of the contract : CDI

Main mission: To define, lead, supervise and implement the company’s global sales and marketing strategy in the short, medium and long term in order to increase sales and turnover.

Job Content:

• Identify market developments and the company’s positioning in the market;

• Highlight specific market development opportunities;
• Define the company’s marketing strategy;
• Identify the most promising growth opportunities;
• Analyze the impact of each marketing action;
• Oversee digital marketing communication in collaboration with other business units;
• Identify appropriate sales targets and define sales development objectives

• Manage commercial budgets;
• Monitor individual and group results;
• Validate the achievement of objectives;

• Ensure reporting to the General Management;

• Interface with the various operational departments;
• Monitor, supervise and evaluate the Direct Offices and the Regional Delegation;
• Monitor, supervise and evaluate General Agents;
• Monitor, supervise and evaluate the brokerage network;
• Plan and schedule the training of the sales force;
• Contribute to the optimization of the QMS.

Profile required

• Have a university degree (Bac + 5) in business, engineering, marketing or finance;
• Have at least 7 years of experience in commercial negotiation in all sectors;
• Knowledge of economic and business development, marketing and communication, and organizational management;

• Be Bilingual.
